Your booking
The total booking cost includes tourist taxes, local charges, utilities, service costs, linen, and final cleaning.
Sheets are included, but towels are not. They can be booked as an additional service.
By using our website, you can pay safely and easily with Visa, Mastercard, Bancontact and iDEAL. We offer two payment options: The full amount at once or with a down payment of 30% within 4 days, with the remainder to be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival. If you are booking within 9 weeks before arrival, then the entire amount has to be paid at once.
There is an overview of your paid and outstanding amounts in the My Reservation section. You will be able to see a payment in the overview within one day of payment. If the payment comes from a foreign account, it may take a little longer.
If you do not pay in the allotted 4-day period after you have made the booking, we will send you a reminder by email. If payment is still not received, we will cancel the booking and send you an official cancellation invoice.
No. A booking must always be paid for online in advance.
If you book via another provider, you may receive an invoice from them and from Bungalow.Net. Don’t worry, you only need to pay once. You will receive a confirmation by e-mail upon successful payment.
You may cancel free of charge within the first 24 hours of your booking. When cancelling up to 6 weeks prior to your arrival, you are charged 30% of the total sum. Between 6 to 4 weeks, you are charged 60% and if you cancel within 4 weeks prior to your arrival, we charge 90%. Cancellations on the day of arrival will result in the full amount being charged
Vallée les Etoiles permits a maximum of 28 consecutive bookable nights. For stays that exceed 14 nights, additional costs will be charged for interim cleaning cost and a change of bed linen.
No, when you book you pay the lowest price at that time. If we offer the same accommodation with a higher discount at a later date, the lower price will not apply to bookings that have already been made.
You will receive confirmation by email within one hour of making your booking. If this is not the case, please contact us via telephone (+44 2035 19 48 50) or email (reception@parclesetoiles.com).
During the booking process, you can request a number of preferences upon availability:
- Specific chalet number
- Grouped accommodations
- Pet-free
- Without stairs
Some preferences may incur additional costs.
A baby or toddler up to 2 years of age can be booked on top of the maximum chalet occupancy. For babies and toddlers, we offer the following:
- A baby cot €5.00
- Cot linen €5.00
- A high chair €5.00
- A baby box €5.00
Additional services include extra linen, towels, kitchen towels, interim cleaning, and breakfast for adults and children.
The comfort package includes towels, kitchen towels, made beds, and a set of toiletries. The package costs an additional €15.00 per person.
Due to its hillside character and due to the presence of staircases at our chalets, Vallée les Etoiles is not wheelchair accessible.
Dogs are welcome at the park, although you will need to book one of the chalets that indicates it allows dogs. An additional amount will be added to your reservation based on the number of reserved nights.
Each chalet offers space for a maximum of two dogs.
This is possible as long as dog-friendly chalets are still available. Therefore, it is best to contact us as soon as possible.
No. The park only allows dogs.
Bed linen is always provided and therefore always included in the price, but you are more than welcome to bring your own with you.
The baby cot does not come with bed linen but this can be booked as an extra.
Check-In
The chalets are available from 15:00 onward.
Once the accommodation is ready, you will receive a mobile SMS with the option to check in online. Once checked in, you will be given a chalet number and the code for the gate. You don’t need to pass by the reception on your way in as the key or keycard is already in your chalet door.
Yes, if the main booker arrives later than the rest of the party, someone else may check in. However, please make sure to inform the reception by email or phone in advance.
It is possible to arrive at any time of the day. Once you have received the SMS that your chalet is ready, you can simply enter at whatever time suits you best. If you haven’t received an SMS, please contact the reception by phone to discuss your arrival options.
Cash payments are not accepted; only debit or credit cards. This counts for all service outlets at the park.
The receptionists speak Dutch, French, and English
Your Chalet
The chalet will have soft box spring beds with pillows, duvets, and linen packages. You will find a bathroom with a shower and a toilet, and a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, fridge and a stove. The living space consists of a dining table, a seating area with TV, an electric fireplace, and a door to the terrace.
Yes, every accommodation has its own WiFi. The main buildings of the park have WiFi too.
The accommodation has a filter coffee machine. Both filters and coffee are not included.
The TV has a standard package of Belgian and international channels.
The accommodation does not include basic ingredients such as salt, pepper, oil, sugar, or coffee.
It is not permitted to smoke inside. However, you can smoke on the terrace of your chalet.
The street in front of the chalet has space for one parked car. Additional cars may be parked at the parking lot near the entrance of the park.
Yes. At the park, there are 6 charging units: 2 near the entrance of the park, 2 in the middle, and 2 near the exit. To use the charging stations, guests must have a card or app that is compatible with MobilityPlus.
No, there is no separate shed for your bike.
Yes, you can bring your barbecue, as long as it runs on gas or electricity. Charcoal barbecues are not permitted. The park does not rent out barbecues.
Alterations during your stay
Additional guests are welcome to stay as long as the reception is informed and the additional costs are paid. However, the accommodation may not exceed the maximum number of permitted guests. Should this be the case, an additional accommodation will need to be booked.
You are more than welcome to bring visitors, provided you inform the reception. Should your visitor wish to stay the night, arrangements must first be made with the reception. Visitors with dogs are only permitted to stay over in dog-friendly chalets.
If there is availability, the reception is happy to extend your reservation. You are also free to leave earlier, but the costs of the extra days will not be refunded.
You are always free to arrive later or leave earlier, although the reception would appreciate being informed if this is the case. If you wish to arrive earlier or leave later than stated on your reservation, you must always contact the reception to discuss the possibilities. This will result in additional costs.
You are free to use all park facilities on the days of arrival and departure.
All important information regarding topics such as safety & security or medical emergencies, along with important phone numbers, can be found here. This information may also be found upon a flyer in your chalet and on signage around the park.
Park Facilities
On the park grounds, you will find a reception, brasserie, swimming pool, sauna, playground, kids club, bike rental, and a laundry room.
Brasserie les Etoiles is open every day from 08h30 until 21h00. The kitchen accepts orders until 19:30.
Usually, there is enough space at the brasserie, but you can reserve ahead of time to be guaranteed a spot. If you are with larger groups, we advise you to reserve a table at the brasserie, or via the reception in advance.
Yes. Should you have any allergies or dietary requests, please inform the staff. The kitchen is happy to make a meal adjusted to your needs.

Should you have breakfast included in your reservation, you are welcome to join from 8:30 onwards. If not, you can book breakfast for €17.50 per adult and €13.50 per child.
You can book freshly baked bread to go, but a full breakfast is only served in the brasserie. If you reserve a day in advance, the fresh bread can be picked up the next morning from 8:00 onward.
No this is not possible. Breakfast is only served in Brasserie les Etoiles.
The pool is open on a daily basis between 10:00 and 20:00.
The swimming pool includes changing rooms, a sauna, toys and equipment, a kiddie pool, and sunbeds.
No, the pool is only available to park guests.
No, the pool is free of charge and does not require a reservation. However, there is an additional charge of €30,00 for a 2-hour session in the sauna.
There is no lifeguard present at the pool. It is the responsibility of the parent to keep an eye on their children.
At the park, children can enjoy the playground, sports fields, swimming pool, and the Happy Benny Kids Club.
The Happy Benny Kids Club has entertainment programs during the Belgian school holidays. A detailed schedule may be found in Notre Guide and also on the information boards around the park.
The duration of the entertainment program varies per activity. Please check the animation program for more information. Parents can leave their children behind to enjoy other park facilities in the meantime.
Happy Benny merchandise is available for sale at the reception.
No, unfortunately we do not offer babysitting services.
Dogs are not permitted to walk around without a leash. However, there is a special doggy playing field where dogs can run around freely.
The reception is open every day, but times may vary. Please check the actual opening hours on Notre Guide. In case of emergency, a night porter can be reached outside of reception working hours. If it is not an emergency, we kindly ask you to hold your question untill the reception returns the next day.
The reception is readily available to help with a variety of things:
- Additions or alterations to your reservation
- The rental of equipment
- Concierge services (including maps and brochures)
- Complaints concerning the park or your accommodation
- Information about the park
- Coins for the laundry room
You can rent sports equipment such as footballs, ping pong/tennis rackets & balls, volleyballs, and basketballs at the reception. You will need to fill in a form and hand in your ID, which is given back once the items are returned.
Bikes, mountain bikes, and e-bikes, including helmets and children’s seats, can be rented via Au Vélo d'Or in Hermeton-sur-Meuse. Make sure to reserve one day ahead of time at the park reception and the bike will be waiting for you before 9 o clock the next morning! Mountain bikes cost €25,00 and E-bikes cost €55,00 per day.
There is a laundry room available in the main building of the park. Coins and detergent can be purchased at the reception.
Fireworks are not permitted at the park. We advertise ourselves as a fire-work free park for families with young children and pet owners.
Check-Out
The official check-out time is 10:00. Late check-outs are only available if the chalet will not receive new occupants on the same day. A late check-out can only be booked via the park reception during your stay. It is not possible to book a late check out in advance. An extra fee might be applied.
Below you will find what the standard is when it comes to leaving your chalet tidy. Before leaving your chalet, always do the following:
- Return all furniture (both inside and outside) to their original positions.
- Unload the dishwasher and place the cleaned and dried contents in the corresponding cupboards.
- Empty the trash cans and take the garbage to the recycling center of the park. There are separate bins for paper, glass, and residual waste.
- Dirty linen should be left in the red bags found in the chalet.
- If you have used the ashtray outside, please make sure to empty it.
- The chalet should be left “broom clean”.
You can check out by bringing your key or keycard to the reception. Mention the name of the reservation or your chalet number and they will make sure to check you out. If you plan on leaving outside of reception opening hours, you may leave your key in the mailbox at Brasserie les Etoiles.
Final cleaning is automatically calculated into the total price of the accommodation. The price may vary depending on the size of the accommodation.
